Little Gardeners: Kindergarten’s Colorful Vegetable Adventure!
Our kindergarten classes had a fantastic week exploring the wonderful world of vegetables through hands-on activities that made learning deliciously fun!
🥕 Veggie Printing Art
Our tiny artists discovered that vegetables make amazing paintbrushes! Using okra, bell peppers, and potatoes, they created beautiful patterns and designs.
🌱 My First Garden
Each child planted their own bean seeds in decorated cups. They’re excitedly watching their little plants grow day by day!
🥗 Rainbow Salad Making
Learning colors became tasty as students sorted and arranged vegetables by color to create their own rainbow salads – red tomatoes, orange carrots, yellow corn, and green cucumbers!
🎭 Vegetable Puppet Show
Children brought veggies to life with googly eyes and craft sticks, performing fun stories about “Mr. Carrot” and “Lady Cauliflower.”
👨🍳 Mini Chef Day
Our little chefs wore their aprons proudly while making simple veggie sandwiches, learning about healthy eating habits.
Parent Tip: Continue the veggie fun at home by letting your child help with grocery shopping and simple meal prep!
Thank you to all parents who donated vegetables for our activities. Your support made this learning adventure possible!
